Ryan J. Almusawi

President & CEO

Ryan Jacob Almusawi founded dream: success, formerly known as Charitable Crusaders in 2011. As the President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board, Almusawi led high-impact initiatives, including a hunger relief program that delivered over 50,000 meals to those struggling with homelessness, the nation’s first youth-led disaster relief program, and annual Back to School Summer Bashes that prepared over 10,000 underserved kids for each new school year.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and is currently pursuing a Master of Professional Accountancy from The University of Texas Permian Basin. Ryan previously worked on the Social Media and Digital Marketing teams for popular skincare brands Cetaphil and Differin at Galderma, where he further honed his marketing and accounting expertise. Almusawi owns Clarion Tax & Accounting, an accounting firm proudly based in Fort Worth, Texas, that primarily serves small businesses and nonprofits. As a lifelong student and education advocate, Ryan aspires to provide every child with access to quality education.

For his efforts, Ryan was named Texas’ Top Youth Volunteer in 2017 through The Prudential Spirit of Community Awards and was recognized by Olympic medalist Michael Phelps. Ryan also received the President’s Volunteer Service Award from former Presidents Barack Obama and Donald Trump.

Nancy V. Cossio

Chief Investments and Partnerships Officer

Nancy Veronica Cossio serves as the Chief Investment and Partnerships Officer, forging impactful partnerships and securing investments to advance educational access globally. She formerly worked at Texas Instruments for nearly three years as a Supply Chain and Data Analyst, where she managed a portfolio of semiconductors valued at over $215M and supported over 1,000 enterprise customers. Cossio holds a Bachelor of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of North Texas.

Carrie Xi

Chief Financial Officer

Carrie Xi serves as the Chief Financial Officer at dream: success, where she shapes the organization's financial strategy, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and maximizing the impact of resources. In her current role at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., she works within Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries, bringing extensive experience in managing complex financial portfolios and advising on growth strategies. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
